Office Media Assistant

Syntiro, formally Maine Support Network, is a multifaceted, rapidly-growing nonprofit that is home to a number of initiatives in education and wellness.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in maintaining and updating company websites (HTML and CSS) and social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter), be an advanced user of the most current version of Microsoft Office software, have experience with Adobe Creative Suite, and the ability to learn new software as necessary.

You will possess graphic design skills (logos, promotional materials, publications) and be able to offer intra- and inter-office technical support when needed.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work concurrently with several individuals on an array of projects, are necessary. General office tasks such as formatting documents, running mail merges, maintaining and updating Google Docs, drafting various types of correspondence, and other tasks as assigned by the office manager will be a part of your workday.

Creativity, the ability to multi-task and prioritize, and a sense of humor are critical.

This is a full-time position located in Readfield, Maine with excellent benefits.

Qualifications: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not necessary.
